BIM Team Leader

Key responsibilities

• Act as the liaison for BIM-related subjects internally and externally.
• Develop interdisciplinary standards and process improvements for BIM project delivery.
• Support project setup and delivery and work with project managers and technical design staff on drawing documentation.
• Develop Revit families and template materials in line with corporate guidelines.
• Review projects for adherence to firm standards and recommend BIM-related software.
• Lead the setup, maintenance and development of project models and BIM Execution Plans.
• Create training and support materials and assist staff with Revit issues.
• Promote efficient BIM production through meetings, mentoring, training and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the construction field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Excellent experience in Revit.
• Very good experience in Autodesk Navisworks, AutoCAD and Dynamo.
• Very good English and Arabic reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office and very good use of internet tools and browsers.
• Good communication, time management, attention to detail, troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
